I hope this finds you well and you have all been having a great summer of golf. As I write this it is just over 6 months since I joined you at Castleknock Golf Club and I hope that I have been able to meet you in person during my time in the club so far and if not I look forward to meeting you soon.
It has been a busy summer in the club with various activities going on and we hope that the services that are being provided have been to your satisfaction in the most part. Something that I hope that you did come across was the survey that recently went out from Goodform which we will use to help us to better understand your needs and hopefully improve where possible to ensure that your needs are met, to everyone that completed this, thank you and please do not forget that I am always available to you to hear your thoughts and suggestions as to how we can improve to make sure your experience as a member is as positive as possible.
The main area that I am looking to improve on is communication. I feel that with the club being so busy with so much going on, some information about upcoming events, special offers throughout the club, course maintenance, club achievements etc is not always getting out to the membership at large as it should and so my hope is that through this new Weekly Newsletter feeding back through the website and social media channels that you will all be kept better informed. Please do keep an eye on the information coming through and I hope that you will find going forward that the information that you require will become more readily available.
